Scott Haizlip, the owner and service manager, has over 30 years experience in the printing industry. Before starting TBM GRAPHICS in 2003, Scott was an Electromechanical Technician with GRAFIX NORTH AMERICA for several years installing and servicing all GRAFIX brand equipment and specializing in UV. Over his 30 year career, Scott has worked on UV Dryers, IR/HAK Dryers, Spray Powder Units, and Chillers, as well as experience on other press accessory equipment: ELTOSH/GRAFIX, WEKO OXIDRY, TECHNOTRANS, BALDWIN, TRESU/ROYCE, HARRIS BRUNO, PRINT CONCEPTS, DR.HONLE, IST, DRY STAR, AIR MOTION. His experienced includes working with HEIDELBERG, MAN ROLAND, KBA, KOMORI, MITSUBISHI printing presses and was factory trained in electrical for KBA printing presses at the factory in Germany.
We are constantly looking for opportunities to increase production rates and have engineered several changes at the job site to solve many common problems. As an Electromechanical Service Engineer, Scott has pioneered many design changes for various press accessory equipment systems to improve performance and decrease downtime. Our expertise can help prevent costly downtime and address quality issues.
